Traditional Voice

Integrated T-1

Integrated voice and data circuits provisioned and installed as digital with the voice channels converted into analog to work with older PBX systems, key systems and regular telephones. You may also choose to use a portion of this circuit for internet access.  This service is ideal for small offices wanting the stability, reliability and functionality that dedicated circuits provides at a lower cost.

PRI

A PRI provides 23 B channels for 23 concurrent telephone calls and 1 D channel for signaling. It is a dedicated 24 channel circuit providing an internet connection from the public switched telephone network backbone to allow the completion outgoing and incoming telephone calls.  This typically results in better voice quality than analog phone lines.   There are also limited data transmission capabilities in a PRI such as videoconferencing. Because PRI is a digital circuit, it is a very stable and reliable connection. This service is ideal for larger offices that need more call paths to accommodate all their callers.
